Loss Weight
Loss weight – Why focus on better results and not on that frustrating scale?
Loss weight – what if women take overly complicated approaches to their fitness, health, weight loss and fat loss?
What if their unclear goal gets too confusing and
frustrating, so they throw their hands up in disgust?
Yes! Finally…they (or you) give up!
Loss weight – until now women who suffer with weight problems have been told they eat too much and don’t exercise:
- What if you’re a woman, which diets and exercises?
- What if everything you’re doing simply isn’t working for you?
- Everyone assumes you’re secretly cheating or you’re lazy and maybe you don’t have the willpower to be healthy.
Loss weight – what other people say is totally wrong…you know it and I know it, right?
The fact is many foods and substances you consume on a daily basis are toxic and suppressing your body’s natural ability to function at 100%.
All these toxins and waste trapped in your body lowers your metabolism and no matter how little you eat you will always stay heavy and fat.
Firstly, I want to help you understand what is happening to your body.
Secondly, help you set a solid foundation to clear up all the confusion so you can lose weight with confidence and enjoy your experience for a better life!
You already know any kind of help, however small can be the line in the sand between success and failure…
Obviously, you want to lose weight and/or body fat or you wouldn’t be here.
With your permission, I want to assist your weight loss efforts. So may I ask you one very simple question: “Do you think your scale can be deceiving?”
What does a healthy lean and fit body mean to you?
Does it mean weight loss success…and yes it’s about fat loss too.
Allow me to explain…
Do you want to lose weight if you’re left with a saggy or droopy body?
If you want to effectively lose fat and keep more lean muscle (fat burner), you need to stop relying on the scale as a measure of your progress.
Learn how to measure your body fat %, so you can keep your diet on track.
Over the many years via coaching many clients, I’ve noticed a consistent theme seems to be frustration with the number (measurement) on the scale.
Should you rely on the scale?
- Numbers can help to keep you focused on your eating and exercise cycle
- Numbers can help you to stay strong within and follow through to fat loss success…
You know, I wouldn’t ever suggest measuring your progress by using the scale, (at least not more than once every other week or two) if you must.
The scale is just too inaccurate and discouraging, it doesn’t tell the full story.
The scale does not measure your weight and your weight does not reflect how healthy you are or the progress you’ve made…yet can be helpful.
When you step on the scale, your weight reflects a combined total of both your lean body weight (muscle, bone, organs, fluids) and body fat weight.
In fact, two people with identical body weights do not have same body composition; they could, indeed have entirely different body types.
For example:
- A 170-pound woman has 60 pounds of body fat and 110 pounds of lean body mass.
- A healthier woman has only 25 pounds of body fat and 145 pounds of lean body mass.
Even though these two women weigh the same, one is in much better shape than the other…make sense?
Using the scale to measure progress gives you no clue about your lean body composition (fat vs. muscle) changes that are actually occurring.
The scale may show you’ve lost seven pounds, but it can’t tell you half of the weight was muscle and water…not fat.
Loss weight as women become discouraged because they haven’t lost any weight, even though they’ve actually lost pounds of fat. Make sense?
Physically replaced the fat with pounds of fat-burning muscle.
Weight loss is all about personal development.
Healthier eating and physical activity habits will most likely result in a loss of body fat even though the scale may indicate you weigh the same.
Learn to use other methods of determining body composition and pay more attention to improvements in your health, energy levels, mind and how you feel in your your physical appearance.
One of the best ways of determining physical progress (in addition to your waist size) is having your body fat measured by either hydrostatic weighing (if possible, though not always practical) or simply using body fat calipers.
The latter bodyfat method is by far the cheapest and most accessible.
Although it is not as accurate as the other two methods, it can at the very least give you a beginning point from which you can easily measure decreases in body fat.
Loss weight as there are many other good ways to measure your progress including using a tape measurer and by noticing how your clothes feel.
I just don’t want you to get too discouraged by weighing yourself, but it is very likely you’re losing fat and adding a little lean, fat-burning muscle…
There are a variety of other factors including how relaxed, rejenerated and younger you feel, and hydrated you are.
Keep focused and motivated, please let me know if you need a clear plan of action. Thank you for allowing me to show you around. I’d love to help you make YOU…your own greatest weight loss success story.
